We opened the first three Samsung Experience Stores in Houston, New York and Los Angeles to give Galaxy fans a place to experience our latest products, discover new technologies and receive care and support for their devices. The Palo Alto Store is now the latest addition to our Samsung Experience Stores—and signifies our larger commitment to always change alongside our consumers. When designing the store, we wanted a space that was purpose-built to enhance the consumer experience and inspire discovery—a space for fans to interact with our products, more easily and seamlessly than ever before. To try them on. To test them out. To see, explore, and discover. In fact, the journey of discovery starts as soon as you approach the storefront, where you’ll find an homage to Silicon Valley’s innovation heritage. The store is decorated with lighted rods that represent the ones and zeroes of binary code. Once you enter, you’ll then notice the modular, flexible design that allows us to arrange and rearrange the layout. This unique feature means the store may look entirely different from one visit to the next. We specifically choose the layout to accommodate the needs of our fans. The displays can be quickly rearranged to better support and tell the product story for Samsung’s newest product or the latest consumer interest. The Samsung Care team is also there to provide support and answer any questions, with a dedicated 5G education area and a small and medium-sized business solutions center for more specific customer assistance. For us, it was incredibly important to design a warm, welcoming environment for our fans. The warm, neutral color palette of the store is not only inviting, but also provides a nice canvas to highlight our products. The store’s unique, vaulted ceiling creates a feeling of possibility and airiness. The tunable lighting feature can be adjusted to enhance the customer experience or the season, from cool light in the winter to warm sunset in the summer. With the endless opportunities for inspiration, discovery, and interactions, we can’t wait to welcome all our Bay Area shoppers to the Palo Alto Samsung Experience Store, starting tomorrow, December 12, just in time for the holidays.
