Student innovators advancing to the national finals in the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow STEM contest are preparing to pitch their projects built to address a community challenge to a panel of judges. Finalist schools in the 10th annual contest have already won $50,000* in Samsung technology and classroom supplies, and will now compete for one of five grand prizes of $100,000 in technology and supplies. For the contest’s 10th anniversary, Samsung has increased the prize pool to a total of $3 million for schools nationwide in an effort to encourage students’ STEM education and social impact in their communities.
